• Partnering with store leadership to execute seasonal initiatives, launches, and campaigns.
• Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales and engagement.
• Ensuring inventory accuracy, stock flow, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Supporting scheduling, labor planning, and resource allocation.
• Leading daily team huddles and operational updates.
• Acting as a key leader on the sales floor to support the wider management team.
