Job summary

Gymshark is seeking a Floor Lead to manage day-to-day store operations on the shop floor, delivering warm, best-in-class customer experiences and driving service standards. You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a keyholder, you’ll support opening and closing duties, energize the team, coach members to sustain high performance, and push sales through product recommendations and strong customer engagement.

OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Floor Lead to support the day-to-day running of our store, leading from the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences.You’ll play a key role in driving service standards, sales and operational excellence while creating a positive, high-energy environment for your team.Acting as a keyholder, you’ll step up as the on-duty leader when needed, ensuring everything runs smoothly.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and leads by example.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Supporting daily store operations including opening, closing and keyholder duties

SALARY RANGE

This role has a salary range between $20.50-$23.00 per hour. We are committed to fair and consistent pay practices. The salary range shown represents the anticipated hiring range for this position and may vary depending on individual qualifications and internal equity
