Hollingshead Mixer Company in Avilla, Indiana is seeking a dependable IT Systems Administrator to be the primary on-site technology resource. You will provide daily support for office and manufacturing operations, manage computers, peripherals, and business software, and assist with local infrastructure.

Reporting to the CIO, you will handle Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VPN, backups, and coordinate with SRM's engineering and security teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in systems administration and support.
• Hands-on Windows PC, apps, hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong independent work and communication skills.
• Able to document and own issues end-to-end.

Aufgaben

• Provide daily on-site IT support for office and manufacturing operations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, monitors, and software.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, accounts and permissions.
• Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and local network equipment.
• Monitor backups and coordinate with security/engineering teams.
• Support vendors and coordinate IT projects and on-call rotation.
