Job summary

Meta is seeking a Product Designer for the Shop Everything initiative in Menlo Park to shape the end-to-end creator commerce experience. You will craft native, trustworthy shopping formats for creators and audiences, and innovate AI-assisted creation flows that simplify tagging and search across catalogs.

You will redefine the consumer purchase journey across Feed, Reels, Stories, and Profile, and design a persistent cart that spans the app while balancing user control with automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience shipping applications at company-level scale, leading end-to-end experience in a large-scale domain.
• Experience defining how an interaction should behave based on user needs and demonstrating with prototyping tools.
• Strong visual design skills with typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, and iconography.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end creator commerce experience from discovery to earnings and insights.
• Design shoppable content formats that feel native and trustworthy for consumers while rewarding creators.
• Innovate on AI-assisted creation flows and cross-catalog search to reduce friction.
• Define end-to-end purchase experience from interest to checkout and build a persistent cross-app cart.
• Rebuild product detail page around AI-assisted decision-making rather than static info.
• Establish interaction model for agentic purchase: delegation, control, transparency, recovery.
• Design for trust across a multi-catalog world with varying data quality and checkout models.
• Drive long-term vision for creator commerce and conversion with leadership and partners.
