The Vehicle Service Group (VSG) is seeking a Shop Equipment Technical Consultant to support post-sale technical inquiries from customers and dealers. This onsite role in Madison, Indiana emphasizes installation, troubleshooting, and providing accurate product specifications and compatibility guidance.

You will operate in a call-center style environment, follow established scripts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
