Job summary

The role offers a structured training path, a competitive hourly wage, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus with a tool reimbursement program up to $1,500 per year. Travel to other locations for cross-training may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; general laborer/yard worker experience preferred.
• Mechanical background with electrical and hydraulics experience.
• Self-starter with initiative to advance; strong customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• May travel to other locations for cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Learn shop crane technician duties under supervision.
• Assist shop techs with inspections and repairs.
• Inspect tools and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
