Job summary

The Manitowoc Company is seeking a Shop Crane Technician at our Bloomington, MN location. You will work under the Service Manager to learn crane-related tasks, assist with inspections and repairs, and ensure tools and equipment are maintained.

This is a full-time, on-site role with cross-training opportunities. We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, tool reimbursement up to $1,500 per year, benefits from day one, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation/holidays, parental leave, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must have a mechanical background with electrical and hydraulics experience.
• Must be a self-starter with initiative to advance and provide excellent customer service.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• May be required to travel to other locations for cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance of the Service Manager, learns the responsibilities of a Shop Crane Technician.
• Helps shop techs perform inspections and repairs.
• Inspects tools and equipment to ensure they are in working order.
• Other duties as assigned.
