Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Able to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
