Job summary

Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to create a welcoming store experience and drive the Famous Feeling with customers. You’ll lead by example, coach selling behaviors, and maintain store operations to ensure a seamless shopping environment.

You will champion customer connections, foster inclusivity, and guide a team to meet sales goals while delivering top-notch service and the latest shoe trends.

Qualifications

• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role.
• Has basic computer skills.
