Caleres is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Lead to create the best shoe store experience for every customer. You will lead with integrity, coach selling behaviors, and ensure a welcoming in-store culture where customers feel cared for and confident in their purchases.

You will manage inventory and pricing, open/close shifts, and work to drive sales while fostering teamwork and a positive, inclusive environment across our Famous Footwear, Naturalizer, Sam Edelman, and Allen Edmonds brands.

Qualifications

• Basic retail knowledge and procedures.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
