Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering the best shoe-store experience. You will create a welcoming in-store culture, coach teammates, and drive the customer connection with our brands. You love shoes and uplifting every guest who enters the store.

You’ll own store operations, help with pricing and inventory, and lead by example to meet daily goals while supporting a positive team atmosphere and a vibrant, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient with basic retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or relevant management experience.
• Experience mentoring and motivating associates to hit goals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and teammates to deliver the Famous Feeling through coaching.
• Drive sales and own accountability for daily and store goals.
• Manage store operations from pricing to inventory with attention to detail.
• Open/close routines and maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store.
• Collaborate with partners to accomplish tasks and share resources.
