Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering the best shoe store experience. You will create a welcoming in-store culture, lead a team, and ensure our stores reflect the Famous Feeling customers love.

You will coach selling behaviors, manage daily operations, and drive sales with purpose. A strong emphasis on teamwork, customer connection, and delivering top-notch service is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience leading or supporting a retail team and driving goals.
• Ability to motivate team members and coach selling behaviors.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and communicate priorities from leadership.
• Experience mentoring associates in selling and operational processes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills for store operations and reporting.

Responsibilities
