With a passion for shoes, you’ll help customers find perfect fits and maintain a welcoming store that reflects our brands and company standards, including diversity and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven retail practices knowledge and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operations.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Drive sales and take accountability for goals and store performance.
• Operate store day-to-day: pricing, inventory, opening and closing, and organization.
