Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead to foster a welcoming environment and drive the Famous Feeling for every customer. You will motivate teammates, celebrate success, and mentor staff to deliver consistently excellent service across our shoe brands.

You’ll own store operations, push sales goals with purpose, manage opening/closing duties, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a positive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or related leadership role preferred.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and coach team to deliver the Famous Feeling to customers.
• Drive sales and achieve store goals through proactive customer connections.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, pricing, and inventory control.
• Uphold company policies and leverage resources to complete tasks.
