Caleres is seeking a passionate Famous Footwear Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and champion our Famous culture. You will engage customers, drive sales, and collaborate with the team to keep the store organized and fully shoppable.

You will stay informed about trends, build loyalty to our brands, and help customers find the perfect fit, delivering the Famous Feeling every day. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in retail customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory to keep the store organized and easy to shop.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer by delivering stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
• Drive sales with clear communication and teamwork, reviewing store performance and meeting goals.
• Act with integrity and adhere to company policies while seeking feedback for development.
