Job summary

Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate who loves shoes and delivering the best in-store experience. You’ll create a welcoming environment, help customers find the perfect fit, and contribute to a team culture that celebrates success.

You’ll stay informed about trends, share knowledge with customers, and uphold store standards while providing friendly, attentive service that drives loyal shoppers and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: you’ll ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running.
