Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships with store associates.
• Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with team at all levels.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion in partnership with Store Sales Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) are dialed in and the store runs smoothly.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: embody the culture and power customer connections with stellar engagement.
