Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional in-store experiences and expert product recommendations. You’ll help with store operations, merchandising, and ensuring a welcoming, celebratory culture that keeps customers returning for shoes they love.

The role focuses on teamwork, strong communication, and flexible hours while driving sales goals. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, enjoy building relationships with customers, and can adapt to a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store teams.
• Positive, proactive communication with associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager guidance.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and flexible schedule
