Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Strong communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Team-oriented with ability to work flexible hours (holidays, nights, weekends).
