You’ll manage pricing, shipments, inventory, and daily store tasks while delivering top-notch customer service. A collaborative, inclusive mindset and reliability are essential for success at Caleres.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
