Caleres' Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who will champion the in-store experience and culture. You’ll inspire teammates, drive sales, and own store operations from pricing to merchandising, ensuring customers leave with the perfect fit and a memorable "Famous Feeling".

You’ll coach associates, manage scheduling, and collaborate with partners to deliver top-notch customer service while upholding brand standards across our retail locations in Kansas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail store management or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and develop Associates on selling and operations.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver the Famous Footwear customer experience.
• Drive sales and achieve store goals with accountability.
• Oversee store operations, pricing, inventory and cleanliness to keep styles easily shoppable.
