Caleres is hiring a Famous Footwear Sales Lead in Missouri to empower the store team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach teammates, enforce company policies, manage daily operations, and keep our iconic shoe brands visible and accessible.

The role emphasizes leadership, a passion for shoes, and the ability to motivate others while maintaining a positive store environment and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
• Experience mentoring and training Associates on selling and operational processes.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
