Caleres’ Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Lead who is passionate about delivering the best shoe store experience. This role focuses on building a welcoming environment, coaching the team, and driving sales with purpose.

You’ll own store operations, mentor associates, and ensure a consistent, engaging customer experience that reflects the Famous Feeling. You will lead with integrity, manage daily tasks, and collaborate with partners to meet goals while maintaining a positive and inclusive store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Some retail store management experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire a culture of care and camaraderie to drive the Famous Feeling across the store.
• Drive daily sales and accountability for goals to impact store performance.
• Oversee store operations including pricing, inventory, opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with partners to accomplish tasks and adhere to company policies.
