Caleres, Inc. is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Lead to deliver a best-in-class shoe store experience. You will foster a welcoming store culture, drive sales, and ensure the store runs smoothly with attention to pricing, inventory, and presentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Some store management experience or related management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
