Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Experience in store management or relevant management experience is preferred.
• Ability to mentor Associates in selling and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver customer-focused experiences.
• Drive sales and achieve store goals with integrity and drive.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, pricing and inventory.
• Encourage teamwork and coach selling behaviors for Customer Connection.
