Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the famous store experience, helping customers find the perfect shoes and supporting store operations. You will be a friendly, knowledgeable team member focused on great service and product knowledge.

You’ll engage customers, stay informed on trends, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals while maintaining store standards and welcoming environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with store team and managers.
• Independent judgment when coordinating with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Teamwork and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
