Famous Footwear is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding in-store experience for every customer. You’ll help customers find the right shoes, provide fashion guidance, and keep the store welcoming and well organized.

You’ll collaborate with a team that values hustle, integrity, and exceptional service, while staying informed about trends and promotions to drive sales and promote the Famous Footwear brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store.
• Positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Teamwork-oriented and collaborative.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Ace Retail Operations: manage pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory.
• Advocate Famous culture with stellar customer engagement and top-notch experiences.
• Drive sales and communicate clearly to the team to hit goals.
• Operate with integrity, seek feedback and develop skills.
• Uplift teammates, foster inclusion, and support training when needed.
• Identify customer needs and match them with the right shoe styles.
