PFG Customized in Gainesville, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee a team of associates, and ensure accurate inventory handling.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory systems, plus a commitment to safety. This full-time role offers base salary plus bonus, a rotating Sunday-Thursday schedule, and location at 4041 NE 54th Avenue Gainesville, FL 32609.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and material handling equipment.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping for the assigned shift.
• Supervises warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Ensures timely and accurate order pulling and proper loading of orders on trucks/trailers.
• Ensures proper stock rotation and FIFO procedures.
• Enforces safety protocols and compliance with health and safety programs.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager and analyzes productivity.
• Handles building security, locks, and alarms after shift when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
