Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead - Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, guide a team, and ensure safe, accurate handling of shipments. The role requires forklift and MHE experience, adherence to SOPs, and mentorship of associates.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in logistics, with strong attention to detail and ability to work in variable warehouse temperatures.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments and picking of outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate loading of orders and documentation.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity during operations.
• Train and mentor associates on SOPs and safety procedures.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates.
• Participate in safety meetings and reporting.
