Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Lewiston Woodville, NC. You will oversee daily shipping and production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while building a strong, capable team in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes lean improvements, cost controls, and collaboration with maintenance and QA to meet schedules and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–5 years manufacturing with 2+ years supervisory preferred.
• Lean manufacturing principles experience preferred and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and MS Office suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and production operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and GMP requirements.
• Develop and coach team members, driving engagement and performance.
• Analyze production metrics and implement process improvements to reduce waste and downtime.
