Socket.dev is seeking a responsible associate for Sullivan, IL, onsite. You will clean and inspect returned devices, ensure they function per standards, and manage inventory while preparing items for shipping. This position is responsible for cleaning and repairing used rental equipment, including packaging and shipping of devices for order fulfillment.
Cleans and inspects returned devices.
Ensures device functionality and meets quality specifications.
Verifies via that burn in process the vitality of the battery life.
Ensures all equipment that is collected, cleaned, and reflected in inventory.
Scans device accurately into medical practice management software (i.e., Rivet).
Follows proper procedures for devices that are returned.
Meets daily and team goals.
Completes accurate and timely documentation per established guidelines.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answer and alternative solutions; implementing solution and /or escalating unresolved.
Abides by Compliance Department standards for documentation.
Maintains order process via shipping que.
Ensures products are shipped out according to company standards according to shipping schedule.
Logs into shipping phone que to answer internal communications regarding shipping.
Informs Shipping & Refurbishment Lead of inventory needs.
Packages devices properly for shipment including required device documentation.
Maintains company quality assurance standards.
Maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.
Refers client complaints to appropriate persons.
Maintains protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions.
Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
High School Diploma required.
Zero (0) plus years of experience.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams.
Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
