Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Warehouse/Refurbishment Associate in Sullivan, IL to clean, repair, and inspect returned devices. You will scan items into Rivet, verify battery vitality, and ensure inventory accuracy while meeting daily targets.

The role requires a High School Diploma and the ability to work flexible hours. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Zero or more years of experience accepted.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Clean and repair used rental equipment and prepare for shipment.
• Inspect devices and ensure functionality/quality.
• Scan devices into medical practice software (Rivet).
• Follow procedures for returned devices and inventory updates.
• Package devices securely for shipment with proper documentation.
• Meet daily/team goals and complete documentation.
• Maintain QA standards and security of sensitive materials.
• Communicate inventory needs to Shipping & Refurbishment Lead.
• Handle client complaints appropriately and escalate when needed.
