626 Opco LLC is hiring a Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. The role supports daily warehouse operations, inventory management, quality control, and shipping/receiving functions to ensure accurate parts movement and timely customer shipments.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy warehouse environment. Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required, with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate

Location: ICE, Little Egg Harbor, NJ
Salary Range:$45,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed

Position Summary

ICE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, quality control activities, and shipping and receiving functions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing customer shipments, supporting field service operations, and assisting with the assembly and inspection of medical imaging equipment.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Warehouse Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Manage and track inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Assist with the assembly, disassembly, inspection, and refurbishment of medical imaging equipment and components.
  • Package, label, and prepare parts and equipment for shipment.
  • Support engineers and field service personnel by preparing materials, equipment, and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with local pickup and delivery of parts, equipment, and systems when required.
  • Use hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions safely and accurately.
  • Apply basic math and problem-solving skills to support warehouse and inventory activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive, inspect, and process purchased parts, inventory items, and core returns.
  • Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Distribute incoming materials to the appropriate departments.
  • Assemble, clean, package, wrap, and label customer orders for shipment.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving records and tracking information.

Quality Control & Inventory Management

  • Inspect and test incoming core returns using tools such as digital multimeters and other testing equipment.
  • Verify finished goods meet OEM specifications and company quality standards.
  • Ensure tool kits are properly prepared, maintained, shipped, returned, and tracked.
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, and repair-related shipments.
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within warehouse and inventory processes.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

This position operates primarily within a warehouse environment where forklifts, ladders, hand tools, and heavy equipment may be present. The employee must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

The employee must be able to:

  • Frequently stand and walk throughout the workday.
  • Regularly lift and move items weighing up to 70 pounds.
  • Use hands to handle tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Communicate effectively through speaking and hearing.

Travel Requirements

Occasional local travel may be required to pick up or deliver parts, equipment, and materials to customers, vendors, or service locations.
