• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepares packing slips, Bill of Lading (BOL) and export documents when necessary.
• Conducts final inspection of all company paperwork related to shipping.
• Coordinates required activities for export shipments.
• Schedules inbound freight from the mills.
• Loads and unloads turnstiles for 50” slitter and CTL.
• Matches paperwork with shipment(s) and finalizes BOL if necessary.
• Assists Invoicing Clerk and with packing of As Is orders.
