Job summary

Alpha - HQ in Hudson, OH is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving professional responsible for coordinating distribution of finished goods and spare parts. You will verify counts, process POs, stock inventory, and generate packing documents for domestic and international orders.

You will operate a forklift, train staff on warehouse duties, and maintain safety. Strong English communication and multi-tasking skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in shipping portals (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) required.
• Minimum 3 years of previous shipping and receiving experience required.
• Qualified/certified forklift driver.
• Intermediate to Advanced PC, Microsoft Office skills required.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills: written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Be organized and efficient.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline traits.
• Have a positive and flexible attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills needed to deal with a wide range of individuals

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support the distribution of finished goods and spare parts by identifying on-time delivery requirements.
• Schedule freight companies and pick and ship domestic and international orders within ERP system.
• Verify counts of parts received from production and suppliers.
• Receive and process Purchase Orders and Work Orders in ERP system.
• Stock parts on shelves in designated storage locations and perform cycle counts.
• Generate packing lists and shipping documentation for domestic and international orders.
• Operate a forklift and support packing, crating and forklift requirements.
• Identify needs of Warehouse Team and improve priority scoring for critical functions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and train others on warehouse duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
