Job summary

Alpha Technologies in Hudson, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to plan, coordinate and support the distribution of finished goods and spare parts. You will identify on-time delivery requirements, schedule freight, and process both domestic and international orders in our ERP system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Qualified/certified forklift driver.
• Experience with shipping portals (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).
• Intermediate to Advanced PC, Microsoft Office skills required.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills: written and oral.
• Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions and shifting priorities.
• Fluent English.
• Self-motivation and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support distribution of finished goods and spare parts.
• Verify counts of parts received from production and suppliers.
• Receive POs and Work Orders in ERP system.
• Stock parts and perform cycle counts.
• Generate packing lists and shipping documentation for domestic and international orders.
• Operate a forklift regularly and support packing, crating, and related duties.
• Train others on warehouse duties and improve processes.
