Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. is seeking a Receiving Clerk / Forklift Operator in a hybrid role, with 50% office work in SAP and 50% forklift handling. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound processing, blocking and fixing errors, RGR returns, and cross-department email communications.

The position requires forklift certification, SAP/DSSI proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to train others in receiving functions. Flexibility with hours is needed to ensure daily objectives are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping/receiving experience.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints with GD&T.
• Certified forklift driver.
• Proficient in SAP/DSSI and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties including shipping/receiving shipments.
• Process inbound loads using SAP/DSSI in computer as well as scanner.
• Process subcontracting loads.
• Inspect outgoing parts for quality, labeling and packaging as per the packing slip.
• Sign off outgoing parts/materials and inspect incoming parts/materials from vendors.
• Coordinate communication between shipping location and Hayes plant for production needs.
