Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong organization and communication with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders according to customer requirements.
• Create and verify shipping labels and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and cycle counts.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner per policies.
• Identify and report shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, or carrier concerns.
• Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to support workflow.
• Assist with order picking, packing, staging, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and quality standards.
