Job summary

Geon Performance Solutions is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate to receive, unload, and store raw materials and to ensure finish goods are properly loaded and shipped in accordance with company policies. The role includes forklift operation, inventory tasks, and routine quality checks.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks and railcars, inspecting packages, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related materials experience.
• Must maintain forklift licenses and sit-down forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load bulk trucks and railcars into silos/tank.
• Store raw materials in designated locations after QC.
• Receive and inspect packages; verify against PO.
• Prepare items for shipment and return to supplier.
• Maintain records for shipments, receivers, and transfers.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Pull samples and mix finish goods in color mixer.
• Assist with monthly/yearly inventory.
• Operate sit-down forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
