Job summary

Garland LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate responsible for accurate, timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods. You will maintain inventory records, prepare and verify shipping documents, and ensure OSHA-compliant warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner per policies.
• Identify and report shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, or carrier concerns.
• Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to support workflow.
• Assist with order picking, packing, staging, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and quality standards.

Position Summary

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
