Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at our New Jersey store. You will assist with unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory and ensure accurate receiving paperwork.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, weather-exposed environment. Forklift certification is preferred and extended hours may be required during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in different weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse
• Perform other related duties as directed by management
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance with safe lifting practices and SOPs
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified)
