Job summary

A leading global provider of marketing and packaging solutions is seeking a Shipping Associate in West Bend, Wisconsin. This role involves assisting with daily shipping department activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, and communicating effectively with various departments. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Have general knowledge of required information systems, including materials tracking systems.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assists with materials movement, receiving, loading, unloading, and transporting.
• Checks goods against shipping documents, prepares bills of lading, and posts weight.
• Utilizes small hand tools and operates material handling equipment to stage materials.
