Job summary

Stanadyne is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate to perform routine receipts and shipments, ensuring ERP accuracy and inventory traceability. The role requires forklift operation, basic shipping documentation, and coordination with carriers to meet delivery commitments.

Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, completing ERP transactions, conducting cycle counts, and maintaining organized docks. A clean MVR is required, with training provided for equipment and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Forklift operation proficiency required.
Clean MVR required.
Ability to complete ERP transactions accurately.
Read purchase orders and shipment records; investigate discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Unload and verify deliveries, including part numbers, quantities, and lot/serial info.
Complete receiving transactions and assign locations in ERP.
Research routine receipt discrepancies with related teams.
Pick, pack, label, and stage routine shipments per orders.
Prepare packing lists and bills of lading.
Coordinate carrier pickups and verify readiness.
Perform cycle counts and investigate quantity/location differences.
Maintain records for shipments, receipts, and returnable containers.
Operate forklifts after training and maintain safe practices.
