Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling shipping documents and freight verification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes.
• Ability to operate an RF scanner and label/pack according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Inbound processing: verify and reconcile incoming freight using bills of lading and packing slips; data entry into WMS.
• Outbound processing: generate shipping documents, manifests, tracking labels, and coordinate carrier pickups.
• Inventory accuracy: assist with inventory records and cycle counts.
• Staging and flow: manage inbound/outbound staging areas for efficient movement.
• Communication: serve as main contact for carriers and resolve minor documentation issues.
