Randstad USA in Yaphank, NY is seeking a meticulous shipping clerk to manage outbound shipments, document processing, and carrier coordination on a flexible, short-term basis. This role offers immediate weekly pay and a highly flexible schedule to fit you.

You will enter data into the warehouse management system, generate bills of lading and export paperwork, ensure accurate labeling, and secure packing for prompt pickup. Weekend shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage outbound shipments and carrier coordination.
• Experience generating BOLs, shipping manifests, and export paperwork.
• Comfort using warehouse management systems to enter shipping data.

Responsabilités

• Carrier coordination: prepare shipments for dispatch, coordinating pickups with freight carriers and scheduling.
• Documentation management: generate and process outbound documents (BOLs, shipping manifests, export paperwork).
• System processing: input shipping data into WMS or carrier software to generate tracking labels and freight bills.
• Quality assurance: final checks on packed orders for contents, labeling, and packaging per carrier standards.
• Labeling and staging: apply shipping labels and stage goods for prompt pickup.
