Job summary

Field Fastener is seeking a full-time Distribution Center Associate in Adrian, MI. This hourly role involves daily shipping, receiving, inventory tasks, and handling material handlings such as forklifts, scales, and RF scanners to ensure accurate packing and on-time shipments.

You will support UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL shipments while maintaining clean, organized work areas and contributing to continuous SOP improvements. Compensation starts at $17 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Strong communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties.
• Handle up to 50 pounds and use scanners for packing and shipping.
• Coordinate with account managers for hot orders and expedited shipping.
