Field Fastener in Florence, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform daily shipping, receiving, and warehousing duties, contributing to on-time order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

You will handle UPS/FedEx/DHL/LTL shipments, operate RF scanners and material handling equipment, and support continuous improvement of DC procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Polite and professional manner.
• 2 years+ in a shipping, receiving, or distribution center operation.
• Proven track record of results.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Prior experience with RF Scanner.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Perform general shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties including physical handling of product, materials, and supplies.
• Reads order details and manages paperwork effectively.
• Responds to requests from account managers and office staff for hot orders and expedited shipping.
• Troubleshooting of shipping and/or technical issues.
• Meeting daily shipment responsibilities, including VMI, Discreet, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL.
