Job summary

US Farathane is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Michigan to ensure parts are shipped on time and in good condition per customer demands. The role involves preparing shipments, staging parts, labeling, scanning, and maintaining accurate records while following safety standards for forklift operation.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift driving skills, FIFO understanding, computer competence, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic warehouse

Responsibilities

• Store/ship cartons in good condition according to schedule.
• Prepare parts for shipment using FIFO and customer packing instructions.
• Transfer parts to shipment staging and ensure proper labeling and scanning.
• Ensure timely shipments and manage ASN transmission without errors.
• Drive and operate hi-lo forklift safely and responsibly.
• Maintain clean, organized docks and warehouse areas.
• Assist in training Shipping/Receiving Clerk staff.
