Job summary

Indiana Automotive Fasteners, Inc. in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Team Member to help move fasteners through our shipping and receiving processes and support a team‑oriented shop.

Essential duties include picking, packing, loading/unloading shipments, verifying orders, operating pallet jacks and forklifts (certified), maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with carriers. We offer $21.00–$23.00 per hour, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, on‑site clinic, and

Qualifications

• Six months of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to lift container up to 25lbs repetitively and up to 100lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 12+ hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shipping Team Member: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment; verify order accuracy; load and unload shipments; operate shipping equipment.
• Receiving Team Member: Receive incoming shipments; inspect materials for damage and quantity; update inventory in systems; store and organize inventory.
