Qualifications

• Between two and five years of relevant experience in materials management, shipping, or receiving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work tickets, pick lists, and sales orders to identify necessary materials.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and readied for delivery.
• Generate essential shipping paperwork, such as commercial invoices and bills of lading.
• Select optimal shipping routes and methods by following established protocols and cost guidelines.
• Verify incoming deliveries against purchase documentation and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize computer systems to input and track all shipping and receiving data.
• Organize, label, and place incoming inventory into its proper storage area.
• Help maintain precise inventory levels by identifying and resolving any stock discrepancies.
• Support the team by performing material replenishment and participating in inventory counts.
• Help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment by keeping equipment and storage zones tidy.
• Document the usage and maintenance history of all material‑handling machinery.
• Provide support for assembly projects as required.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by management.
